Return and Shipping Policy:
Please allow 3-5 business days for processing orders. Once order is processed please allow shipping time. Processing time could be shorter. Please understand due to COVID-19 there may be a delay in delivery. Delivery is handled by USPS. Any stolen or missing packages that have tracking receipt of delivery is the responsibility of the United States Postal Service, not The Glam Twins.
Pre-Orders: All pre-orders will show an estimated ship date prior to your check out. Once that date arrives, please allow USPS shipping time.
Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 we are unable to offer any refunds, returns or exchanges at this time. If your package is received with damaged goods, shortages, or any discrepancies this must be reported within 24-48 hours from receipt of delivery, NO EXCEPTIONS. Any charges for returned orders due to customer error ( incorrect address, undeliverable orders, etc) will be the responsibility of the customer.
Our orders typically ship within 3-5 BUSINESS days (business days do NOT include weekends or holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number.
It is very important to make sure that all contact information is as accurate as possible to avoid delays in processing your order. Thoroughly check your information provide a FULL first and last name, phone number, full address including apt or unit number. We do not ship to P.O Boxes at this time.
If there are any issues with your order after receiving, you will have 24-48 hours to bring this issue to our attention. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with Order Name, Email address, order number, order date, information or pictures. No Exceptions. We do this to ensure customers are getting assistance in a timely manner.
