BOOKING  APPOINTMENTS:
In-studio appointments can be requested online up to 30 days in advance. Appointments are opened on the 15th of each month for the upcoming month. Example: April calendar is opened for booking March 15th.

Every online appointment request requires a review for approval. The review for your request can take up to 48 business hours. Deposits are only taken from the card once your request is approved, deposits are not taken automatically at the time of the request. You will get a text confirmation and receipt of deposit taken.

If you have not received a response in 48 business hours- please give us a call. No deposit, no approval means that there is no appointment confirmed.

DEPOSITS:
There is a booking deposit fee that goes toward your appointment balance. Once your request is confirmed and funds are accepted, deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable to a new date, NO EXCEPTIONS. 

Deposits are non-refundable and non- transferable to a NEW DATE. If you book an appointment and need to change the date of your appointment, you will forfeit that  deposit. A new deposit will be required to book a new date.  

CANCELLATION:
Please cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. Otherwise, you are responsible for 100% of the remaining balance. 

Rates:
In-Studio Prices are subject to change with holidays or special events. Ex: New Years Eve, Valentine, Christmas rates may increase due to high demand for services.



COVID 19 POLICY:
Please DO NOT BOOK an appointment if you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 or have been exposed to covid. Upon arrival to the studio, you are required to wash your hands and your temperature will be taken to ensure you are not experiencing a fever. Proper Sanitation & disinfecting procedures will continue to be exercised to ensure a safe and sterile environment for my clients. We have limited seating for clients being serviced. Please do not come to your appointment with a group of people.


*IMPORTANT: If you decide to book an appointment during the pandemic and you need to cancel due to your health- Covid symptoms, unexpectedly exposed to covid or because your event was cancelled due to Covid ordinances you are still held to the booking policy- cancellation rules still apply. If this does not work for you, I would suggest not booking services during the pandemic uncertainties.
