Shipping Policy

SHIPPING & HANDLING POLICIES: 

SHIPPING:

Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing before shipment. Business days do NOT include weekends or holidays. An e-mail confirming your order and shipment will be sent to the e-mail address provided in the Billing information section. Please make sure you enter the correct email, otherwise you will not receive updates on your order.

Glam by Cham cannot provide additional shipping information beyond what's provided through tracking numbers once it is in the carriers possession. Please follow the tracking provided to monitor the shipment. 

Please understand once the package is handed off to the carrier, there may be a delay in delivery that is out of our control. Delivery is handled by USPS or assigned carrier.

 

DAMAGED GOODS/WRONG ORDER:

If your package is received with damaged goods, shortages, or any discrepancies this must be reported within 24-48 hours from receipt of delivery, NO EXCEPTIONS.  

 

I ENTERED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT, CAN THIS BE CHANGED?

Please check your shipping address for accuracy before finalizing your purchase. For any reason a shipping address is incorrect, we cannot guarantee this can be changed and this may result in order cancellation. 

Any charges for returned orders due to customer error ( incorrect address, undeliverable orders, etc) will be the responsibility of the customer.

 

WHAT IF I NEVER RECEIVED MY ITEM?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon request, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for you to investigate. If an item was lost or stolen, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier to receive compensation for lost or stolen packages that are the fault of the shipping carrier.

 

MY PACKAGE SHOWS IT'S STILL IN TRANSIT, CAN YOU HELP?

Once an item is in transit with, there is no action we can take to expedite the delivery process. If you believe the package to be lost or stolen, it is the customers responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier to receive compensation for lost or stolen packages that are the fault of the shipping carrier.

 

MY PACKAGE HASN'T ARRIVED YET, CAN YOU FILE A CLAIM FOR ME?

Glam by Cham is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you believe the package to be lost or stolen, it is the customers responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier to receive compensation for lost or stolen packages that are the fault of the shipping carrier.

 

MY TRACKING IS SAYING MY PACKAGE IS BEING RETURNED TO SENDER, CAN YOU SHIP BACK OUT?

Any item returned to our location due to an insufficient or incorrect address entered at checkout by the customer will not, under any circumstance, be re-shipped back out to the customer. These instances will be treated as a standard return for store credit only.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please check your shipping address for accuracy. We ship via UPS Ground  International. Shipping charge do not include any import tax, duties, or customs and clearance fees which may be levied once your shipment reaches your country and Glam by Cham is not responsible for these fees. As the Importer of Record, you are responsible for any additional charges.

 

 

CUSTOMER SERVICE INQUIRIES:

If there are any issues with your order after receiving, you will have 24-48 hours to bring this issue to our attention. Please send an email to info@glambycham.com with Order Name, Email address, order number, order date, information or pictures. No Exceptions. We do this to ensure customers are getting assistance in a timely manner.

Note: Instagram DMs, Facebook, and/or Snap Chat is not the correct way to resolve an order issue.
